Excel: Drop-Down Box (Data Validation)

You need to have a list of things you need, for example, here it listed down a choice of colours:

Next, simply select a blank cell, go to Data > Data Validation.

Allow chooses the list.

For the source, highlight the list you had just key in.

Make sure that the in-cell drop-down has been tick.

Then press ok.

You will now able to select the drop-down from the list.

You can also change the list by key in ' Yes, No' in the source cell.
